Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of real estate agents.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance metrics, and strategies.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with agents to set and achieve realistic sales targets.
- Provide insights into pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for real estate agents.
- Offer coaching and support to enhance agents’ sales techniques and overall performance.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and ensure the team is informed and compliant.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new real estate agents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business opportunities.
- Assist agents in resolving complex client issues and negotiations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and management, with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Team-oriented with a self-driven attitude and a pleasing personality.
- Passionate about the real estate industry and committed to professional integrity.
