PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF THE UAE EXPERIENCE CAN NOT BE DEMONSTRATEDWe are a Real Estate brokerage company in Abu Dhabi, and we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team.As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of real estate sales agents, ensuring that they meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and increase market share.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsMotivate and manage a team of real estate sales agentsRecruit, train, and mentor new sales agentsEnsure that all sales agents are following company policies and proceduresDevelop relationships with new and existing clientsStay up-to-date with market trends and changesPrepare and present reports on sales activity and performance to senior managementManage and maintain sales budgets
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of the real estate market in Abu DhabiAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUAE driving license
This position has a commission along with a basic salaryJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
