Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator in our company, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating interior fit-out, events and exhibition projects. Your experience and expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of these projects. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position:
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure projects are executed within the defined timelines and budgets.

**Resource Management**

Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel and materials.
Monitor resource utilization and optimize efficiency.

**Vendor and Supplier Liaison**

Identify and select vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**Quality Assurance**

Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in interior fit-out and exhibition projects.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues.

**Communication and Reporting**

Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Provide regular project status updates and reports.

**Risk Management**

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.

**Budget Management**

Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the budget.
Track financial performance and report on project financials

**Education**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as poject management, interior design, or architecture, is preferred.

**Experience**: A minimum of 3 years or more of experience in project coordination within the interior fit-out and events, exhibition industry in the UAE.

**Skills**:
Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to interior fit-out and exhibition projects in the UAE.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
