**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Waynah® Properties. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting and sales services to clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and utilizing their knowledge of the real estate market to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding properties to buy or rent. This role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the real estate industry is a must
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and provide relevant solutions regarding real estate
- Expertise in real estate and the Dubai market
- Strong sales skills to achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English
- Arabic, French or any other language is a plus
- This Job is commission based only
