We are currently seeking for an experienced, skilled, competent, and creative **HR & Admin Executive with Medical / Healthcare Experience in Dubai / UAE.**This role will encompass all areas of the HR Department within the company such as recruitment, onboarding and exit, compensation and benefits and payroll.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Manage the effective implementation of the company’s HR policies and procedures in terms of communicating new policies/procedures, conducting awareness sessions, ensuring compliance across the company, advising the management in accordance with approved HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end to end recruitment for the company.
- Network and maintain relationships with key profiles on social media (building talent pipeline).
- Conduct pre-screening, face to face interviews / final interviews of line position applicants across all levels.
- Partnering with line managers, create job descriptions and advertisements for all levels.
- Update and maintain job postings on external job board websites and online file sharing databases.
- Provide HR advice to employees and managers.
- Serving as a point of contact between employees and company management by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping to resolve disputes
- Ensure all employee related information are recorded and up to date in the HRMS system in the employees’ physical files.
- Conduct Exit interviews for separating employees and analyze collected data.
- Develop and submit HR related reports on timely basis as requested by the management.
- Support and sustain a positive work environment.
- Oversee induction and the onboarding of new staff.

**Requirements**:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR and Recruitment within the **Medical/Healthcare** industry in the UAE.
- Must be up to date with the UAE Labour Law.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English - written and oral.
- Excellent experience in creating and running successful recruitment campaigns.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
