**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and present a variety of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and charcuterie boards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Oversee the cold kitchen section, managing food preparation and presentation for banquet events and gala dinners.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to create innovative menus that align with the high standards of AL MAHA.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the cold kitchen area.
- Train and mentor junior staff in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes.
- Monitor inventory and manage ordering for cold kitchen supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience specializing in the cold kitchen in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven experience in managing banquet events and gala dinners.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
