- **Ingredient Sourcing & Storage**: Work with the kitchen team to select fresh, seasonal ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling to maintain quality and freshness.
- **Creative Menu Development**: Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative salad offerings, seasonal specials, and customized orders for customers with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- **Dressings & Garnishes**: Create and prepare a variety of homemade dressings, vinaigrettes, and garnishes to complement different salads and enhance flavor.
- **Portion Control & Consistency**: Ensure proper portion sizes and consistency in presentation across all salad dishes.
- **Food Safety & Cleanliness**: Follow food safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness in the prep area, and adhere to proper sanitation practices.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and coordination during busy shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cold salad chef, line cook, or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, seasonality, and dietary trends (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Creative and innovative approach to developing new salads and dressings.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.

We are looking for someone who can join our team on immediate basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
