Agriculture Sales Manager

Dubai International City, United Arab Emirates ROYAL INTERNATIONAL SERVICES Full time

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth for our agricultural products in Dubai.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Identify and target new customers and markets for our products Build and maintain relationships with existing customers Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly Prepare and present sales reports to management Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote our products Provide technical support and advice to customers, as well as training and mentoring staff Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and supply chain to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the agriculture industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Experience in the UAE agriculture industry and knowledge of local regulations and laws Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
