**Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, documents, and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- **Project Administration**:
- Assist project managers with administrative tasks, including creating and maintaining project files, document control, and managing project timelines.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other essential project documentation.
- Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role in Interior Fitout Company in Dubai
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software programs.
- Familiarity with the construction or interior design industry (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
