Sales & Admin Coordinator will be responsible for marketing support, training coordination, student counselling, and handling registration and admissions processes.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and schedule posts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to promote products, services, and company events.
- Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and articles, for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Track and analyse the performance of social media posts and advertising campaigns, and prepare reports on metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, assist with order processing, and follow up on orders.
- Prepare and manage sales documents, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Compile and analyse sales data, prepare sales reports, and track sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Student Counselling**:

- Counsel prospective students about the courses offered, including course content, duration, costs, and career prospects.
- Assess the educational needs and career goals of prospective students to recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain regular contact with interested students to address their queries and provide ongoing support.
- Collect feedback from students about their counselling experience and use it to improve the counselling process.
- **Registration and Admissions**:

- Oversee the student registration process, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately recorded.
- Process student admissions, verify eligibility, and ensure compliance with admission criteria.
- Coordinate the issuance of course completion certificates to students, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student registration, admissions, and course completions.
- **Training Coordination**:

- Organize and schedule training sessions, ensuring all participants are informed and available.
- Set up and manage online training sessions using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and videos.
- Provide technical assistance during online training sessions to ensure smooth operation.
- Gather feedback from participants to improve future training sessions.
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc)
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube etc) and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Counselling and advising skills to guide students effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 2 years experience in sales support, administrative, marketing, training coordination, or counselling role will be preferred.
