We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant who have experience in media and events industry. Join us in a role where you can organize and manage things efficiently, making a positive impact in a vibrant workplace.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a point of contact for external inquiries, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Extend a welcoming atmosphere to guests, clients, and colleagues. This may include arranging refreshments, ensuring meeting spaces are well-prepared, and providing general hospitality.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as necessary to support daily operations.
- Maintain and organize office diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately input and update various types of data into computer systems and databases.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files systematically, ensuring easy accessibility for relevant information.
- Draft and edit routine business documents, including memos and letters, to facilitate effective communication.
- Perform other related administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the office.

**Experience & Skills Required**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate administrative role.
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, and quick adaptation to new technologies/systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop relevant skills.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
