**Reason for the role**

Due to our growth and an increase in employees, we are looking for an additional team member to support our payroll activities in the MENA region.

Working together with the payroll, mobility, reward, and people operations team, you will coordinate internal payrolls as well as collaborate with external partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that starters, leavers, leaves of absence, and transfers are all processed correctly
- Preparation of employee-related information for input to Payroll Providers
- Review the output reports to ensure all items have been processed correctly and are in line with expectation
- Adhere to payroll cut-off dates and ensure that SLA and deadlines with payroll providers and Business Partners are met
- Liaise with Payroll Providers and the People Experience Team to ensure that payroll legislative changes are applied timely
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Payroll Legislation and internal policies
- Respond to employees' questions and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

**Skills needed**:

- Knowledge of UAE payroll and visa process is mandatory, knowledge of international payroll is a plus
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Google Suite exposure is a plus
- Strong team player with a high level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent language level in English
