**Job Summary**:
Goal oriented sales manager delivering practical strategies to drive productivity, personnel retainment, and process efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, hire, train and develop sales staff.
- Generates sales leads through Company-sponsored events while coordinating with the regional marketing function locally.
- Oversees lead generation for the sales team through Company-sponsored (walk-ins) and employee sponsored (outreach and promotions).
- Motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels by using the established protocols and sales system programs.
- Establish and maintain the standard company protocol for sales tours and price presentation.
- Maintain and direct training & development of the sales staff.
- Establish and maintain an active referral system with the sales team.
- Develop and retain corporate client relationships through the sales team on a monthly basis.
- Create, implement and promote special events with regional marketing to generate new sales.
- Directly responsible for managing all sales systems to ensure that information is 100% accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
- Analyzing other competitors up to the trend and see where we can improve in our services.
- Planning out monthly marketing calendars quarterly in ahead for sales & marketing activities.
- Provide leadership, development and guidance to the team, conducting regular one on one training and development sessions.
- Compile, analyze and interpret sales and use relevant findings to continually improve sales performance
- Performance Evaluation of subordinates

**Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing or in related field

**Experience**:

- A strong sales experience in necessary
- 2+ years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Sales experience in real estate will be an advantage
