Liaison Officer

Seeking an organized, efficient, and communicative liaison officer to coordinate between our organization and another entity. In this role, you will act as the middle person between the business and the other entity to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Responsible for coordinating with various government agencies in processing business permits, licenses, contracts and other requirement
Ø Responsible for coordinating with real estate owner / landlord in processing contracts and negotiating rent.
Ø Process and monitor annual renewal of all business permits, licenses, contracts, and other documents.
Ø Prepare business correspondence and send to business partners.
Ø Ensure timely preparation of reports and documents.
Ø Responsible for sourcing potential location for shops with different developers.
Ø Handle registration and insurance of company owned vehicles.
Ø Act as a positive representation of the business to the partners and other entities
Qualifications:
1. At least +3 years work experience similar job with strong experience
2. Educational background: Associate Degree / Bachelors
3. Excellent negotiation skill, Capability to influence others
4. Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
6. Analytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reports
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
8. Good knowledge of written and spoken English, Arabic fluency is an advantage
9. Valid Driving License is preferred
10. Good computer skills (MS Office)
