We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Project Sales Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing project-related sales activities and documentation processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation & Coordination**:

- Prepare and manage project documentation, including tender submissions, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material submittals.
- Ensure all documentation meets company and client standards.
- **Tendering & BOQ Management**:

- Analyze tender requirements and prepare accurate BOQs.
- Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to gather necessary data for tender submissions.
- **Project Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- **Material Submittals**:

- Prepare and submit material samples and technical data sheets for client and consultant approvals.
- Monitor the status of approvals and address any revisions required promptly.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in tracking project progress, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide timely updates on project status, milestones, and any challenges.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, sales, and communications.
- Generate and submit periodic progress reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project sales coordination, preferably in the flooring and furnishings industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, BOQ preparation, and material submittals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools as well as the ability to read Autocad drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Preferred**: Familiarity with UAE construction and furnishing market standards and regulations.
