The resort comprises 351 keys, a health club, a spa, and two pools. Covering an area of 43,770 sqm, the resort is a short drive from famous archaeological sites such as Dhayah Fort and Sheba’s Palace. Set on a headland surrounded by protected coastal wetlands with lush landscaping fronting a sweeping beach on one side and a man-made waterway on the other, the guest rooms, suites, and chalets offer panoramic water views.

**Your day to day**
Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager or her/his delegate, will demonstrate the highest standards of guest care and welcome to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities: luggage service, message delivery, newspaper distribution. Providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions; assisting guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related; maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel activities of the day; maintain detailed knowledge of key occurrences in the city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems, and special events.
