The InterContinental® Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort and SPA comprises of 351 keys, a health club, spa and two pools. Covering an area of 43,770 sq. m, the resort is a short drive from famous archaeological sites such as Dhayah Fort and Sheba’s Palace.

**Your day to day**
Your main responsibility is to act as a personal service ambassador/liaison, on behalf of events services, between the meeting planner and the various hotel operating departments, building rapport with the meeting planner in order to identify their needs and expectations, maintain a constant presence on the meeting floor, and anticipate/respond to any requests. you will also need to check in multiple times throughout the day to assist with changes/updates. Assist with any updates/changes quickly and follow up to ensure guests satisfaction with action taken
