**Job Summary**: a role Accountant, admin and HR at our real estate agency, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations through precise financial, effective human resources management and adminstration handling. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing HR functions and adminstration.
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting**:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets for management review.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries, taxes, and other statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings.
**Human Resources**:
- Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in a real estate or property management context; HR management.
- Strong knowledge of, labor laws, and accounting practices and HR principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software & HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle financial challenges and complex HR and Adminstration.
