HR/accountant with Real Estate Experience

Hiring HR / Accountant with Real Estate Experience in UAE is a must who can start immediately.
ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
- Responsible for general ledger.
- Strong Fundamental understanding and experience with Tally Software
- Review bank statements.
- Auditing and verifying documents.
- Liaising with Auditor and Bankers.
- Prepare payroll & handling employee expense claim.
- Handling petty cash.
- Maintaining up to date financial records of sale properties.
- Managing the bank accounts, Inc. bank reconciliation & extensive PDC management
- Processing monthly property related expenses for payment purposes
- A/C Payables management inc. preparing/issuing cheques, TTs & accounting entries
- Value Added Tax Accounting Inc Tax Invoicing & FTA VAT Returns
HR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Preparation of offer letters for all employees.
- Office Management for the office supplies, stationeries and all office equipment.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain and keep record of all employee data visa expiries.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
