As the **Events Program Coordinator**, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Conferences.

**Working Environment**:
**Main Point of Contact & Event Coordination**
- Serve as the primary liaison with successful startups engaged in programs.
- Assist Program Specialists in planning and executing events and programs.

**Startup Recruitment & Research**:

- Conduct research to identify and recruit startup companies suitable for programs.
- Perform basic research on various technology sectors and trends, compiling reports on findings.

**Program Management & Operations**
- Manage day-to-day operations of incubation and acceleration programs, addressing administrative, financial, and logístical needs.
- Contribute to the development of proposals for corporate sponsorships and new programs.

**Mentor & Relationship Management**
- Actively recruit mentors and coaches for participants and startup teams.
- Develop strong relationships with mentors, coaches, trainers, and external organizations to ensure quality services for program participants.

**Reporting & Coordination**
- Support in the preparation of various reports related to program KPIs and metrics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and other teams as necessary.

**Event Attendance & Promotion**
- Attend events as assigned and prepare post-event reports, evaluating program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to promote programs through various channels.

**Campus Collaboration & Web Management**
- Coordinate with other campus departments to spread awareness of offerings and programs.
- Regularly update and maintain web pages.

**Financial Management**
- Manage basic financial tasks, including raising requisitions, processing invoices and reimbursements, and reviewing expenses for accuracy.
