**The Job**

Production Managers are responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of industrial production process. We are looking for individuals experienced in **manufacturing and/or construction**, ideally in the **modular field**, with a background in carpentry, windows etc.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure production to the desired quality and quantity in proper schedules
- Decision making on engineering details for production
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organise workflow to meet specification and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Report to upper management
- Hire, supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment

**What you need to bring**:

- Min 5 years experience as a Production Manager, ideally in modular building
- Expertise in one of these areas: Carpentry, Cladding, Windows
- Bachelor's degree in technical field
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- production management: 10 years (required)
- manufacturing: 5 years (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
