**Procurement**
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational procurement and was responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and monitoring delivery.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents under company policies, procedures, and specifications.
- Monitor and follow up with the operations team for costing and quotation. Expertise in sourcing the material quickly at a competitive price. In charge of local and overseas purchases.
- To arrange, monitor, and co-ordinate import and export shipments Filling and controlling all purchase files.
- To purchase supplies, and equipment in Smart Home Automation and resolve purchase and delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure that Purchases are correctly invoiced/completed and delivered promptly.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors regarding purchases to obtain the best price.
- Create a list of device stocks.
- Monitor the ongoing and outgoing devices.
- Checking the quantity of devices in the stockroom.
- Receive the delivery.
- Prepare the list and quantity of devices needed in each project.
**Admin**
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a degree in Finance, Business, Management, or relevant courses.
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills in big data and information.
- Resourceful, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Create a file copy for daily expenses for the Company.
- Ensure all contracts Copy for client are encoded in the system.
