Procurement Administrator

we are looking for **Procurement/Admin HR Specialist **for one of our clinet **interior fit out **industry.
- Responsible for procurement & admin/HR activities for architecture, interior design studio.
- Responsible for procuring materials and services for the company with best quality and price.
- Identify suppliers of materials and services Negotiate terms, price, quality of goods, deadlines etc
- Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
- Create purchase orders/agreement and reconcile with purchase requisition and delivery orders
- Analyse invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
- Qualifications for Procurement Specialist Degree in a related field
- Responsible for admin task, preparation of sales proposals and agreements, rent, utilities bills, employee’s relationship e.g attendance, contract writing, visa work etc.
- Working experience as a procurement specialist in interior design company
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions, labour laws, local laws etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport
- Excellent in Microsoft office suite Knowledge in Data Entry
- Experience: UAE Experience minimum 2 years
- Position Budget: 5,000.00 AED
- Other benefits as per laws
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
