**About Us**:
Team Sports Services (TSS) was initially founded in Melbourne Australia, and it has become one of the most successful team sports academy programs attracting elite players in all age and skill level. TSS now operates in United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi) providing basketball and football academy programs to all children between the ages of 4 years to 17 years to participate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Operation Coordinator to manage the overall administration and operational task for the academy.

**About the Role**:
The operation coordinator will usually:

- responsible for the planning and delivery of an engaging, safe and inclusive sporting program targeting the students within the academy
- promote regular active, enjoyable participation as a lifelong aim in recognition of the social, physical and psychological health benefits
- endeavour to maintain or increase current sports programs and explore opportunities to offer and promote alternative or new programs
- recruit and coordinate team managers and coaches, including arranging all necessary equipment and uniforms and where necessary administrative approval, student consent/payment, transport, officials and venues including any associated payments
- is responsible for preparing and overseeing the planning for academy’s Nights major program events,
- is the first point of contact for issues relating to sport after initial contact with the relevant coach
- works with parents and volunteers to achieve positive experiences for players in terms of training and games
- and any other academy related task as directed by head of operation manager

**You will have the following qualifications and experience**:

- Experience working in a similar role
- Outstanding and proven customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and proven ability to effectively prioritise workloads
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to exercise good judgement, solve problems, show initiative and be proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - friendly and professional manner

**In addition, you will**:

- Be driven to achieve deadlines, organise and prioritise workload effectively, and continually review ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Have demonstrable skills and abilities in an executive PA / administration capacity
- Display excellent interpersonal skills, with people of all ages and backgrounds, and be able to maintain confidentiality, and act with tact and diplomacy
- Communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely and be able to understand and explain matters arising in own area of work.
- Contribute to internal and external networks, actively seek to build productive relationships, share information and ideas and improve working practices
- Have excellent IT skills including the use of MS Office, intranets, web and Outlook
- Be willing and flexible to deal with urgent changes / demands, whilst maintaining existing workload.
- Be adept at handling difficult situations and confidential matters according to policy and procedures, referring to others where necessary and appropriate.
**Important 1.**
- You will be required to maintain flexibility with working hours to meet the demands of the role, working on all match days and across all academy sites including the Stadium, Club offices, Training Ground.

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
