We are looking for a smart and experienced **Operations Assistant/Coordinator** to support and coordinate with our business and with the Operation Manager.
An **Operations Assistant/ Coordinator** is a key person in every business, handling the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient business processes and functions.
Job Summary
- Performing administrative duties, assisting with project management, and organizing events
- Reports to the Operations Manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with a focus on optimal sales performance.
- Identification of operational risks and opportunities and providing solutions for the same together with the help of relevant departments. Plan purchases and sales orders
- Negotiate procurement with contractors and suppliers
- Coordinate budget, services, equipment, and commodities within company policy and procedure
- Create reports for business expenses, financial records, and audits
- Conduct general and clerical office tasks
- Analyze and coordinate the supply chain of the business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and related
- Adequate experience as a coordinator in a business environment required
- Exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities, and an understanding of task-tracking and project management
- At least two to three years of proven experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Valid UAE driver's license required
