Relationship Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- meet given sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up with leads.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Government Coordination and Registrations:
- Liaise with relevant government authorities for permits, licenses, and registrations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and documentation requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in government policies and requirements.
- identify and prioritize potential multinational and government partners for collaboration.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to onboard new clients and organizations.
- Initiate and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders at target companies and organizations.
- Present PNI’s offerings in a compelling and persuasive manner, showcasing how they align with partners' needs and objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to tailor products/services and deliverables according to partner requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adjust the partnership strategy as needed.
- Track and report on key metrics related to partnership performance and contribute to periodic performance reviews. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and government coordination efforts.
- Ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure adherence.
- Follow company guidelines and policies regarding sales and government interactions.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other team members, such as sales and legal departments, to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and government coordination processes.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships with
multinationals and government organizations.
- Strong understanding of industry or sector and the unique challenges and opportunities within the market.
- Exceptional communication skills in English & Arabic including writing, speaking & reading, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
