**Job Purpose**
Effective control of nearly over 15,000 SKU’s (Stock Keeping Unit) thru ORACLE system. A tool to understand area of responsibility.
**Qualifications**
- Education/ Qualification
- Higher secondary school or Equivalent.
- Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
- Knowledge
- Oracle and problem solving, Knowledge of supplies inventory control.
**Skills**
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
- Database management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
- Excellent math and analytical skills
**Principal Accountabilities**
- System update from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy with stock versus actual physical inventory
- Investigate variances if any and take preventive measures
- Respond to queries related to inventory and keep tag of all records
- Continuous monitoring of inventory movements by tracking all related documents Versus system balance.
- Generate inventory variance and expired/damaged reports for approval and system up date
- Scan documents and print files for records and file keeping
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Inventory Control: 2 years (preferred)
- Oracle System: 1 year (required)
