_**Responsibilities**:_
- Work closely with Permaculture & Plants Specialist to monitor, trach, and report the daily work on different sites.
- Work closely with Permaculture & Plants Specialist to set needed performance indicators to measure the progress of projects (weekly/monthly/yearly).
- Work closely with Permaculture & Plants Specialist to set the milestones of each projects to ensure meeting deadlines.
- Report the gaps on the projects to the Permaculture & Plants Specialist and discuss solutions.
- Coordinate with different Departments in Head Office to ensure smooth operations on site.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure teams on ground are trained properly.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of permaculture and landscaping features, ensuring they align with sustainable practices.
- Implement organic and sustainable farming and landscaping practices, including composting and natural pest management.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance on permaculture techniques, sustainable farming, and landscaping principles.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, expense tracking, and project reporting.
- Maintain records of project activities, and garden maintenance.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and communication.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events related to permaculture and landscaping initiatives.
