Workshop Supervisor

Position: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Location: Fujairah

**Salary**: AED 7000 to 8000

**Salary can be revised as per the experience**

JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the workshop operations in UAE by catering to customer requirements and specifications, providing efficient and safe storage facilities and acting as an effective distribution center ensuring optimum utilization of workshop space and resources.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Reviewing Of Night Shift Mechanic Vehicle Complaints And Log-In Job Cards

2. Attending Tool Box Meetings

3. Maintaining Non-Admin Attendance

4. Material Posting To Job Cards and checking

5. Vehicle Complaints management

6. Review Material Requisition

7. Delegation of job responsibilities.

8. Issue Gate Pass, work permits

9. PM servicing

10. Update and follow up for Spare Parts and job progress.

11. Follow Up Of Workshop Floor Activities

12. NRT updating on Pending In Workshop For Repairs

13. Job Card Closing, updating, NRT closing

14. Review and Close Pending Job Cards

15. Verify materials and spares

16. Review repeated complaints

17. Odometer report - check with ORBITS

18. Prepare reports - as required by workshop manager

19. Outside vehicle job summary and costs verification

20. Fleet reporting

21. Cost verification

22. PM Plan Vs Actual Report

23. Cost / KM Report

24. Audit Documentation

25. Monthly Odometer Reading Information from Security / Yard / Operations.

26. Communicating And Arranging Technician For Vehicle Break Down.

27. Coordination with Operations team for vehicle movements.

28. Audit preparations.

29. Follow up for all Outsourced jobs.

30. Apart from the duties and responsibilities listed above, any other additional duties as advised by the management from time to time.

**VACATION REPLACEMENT**

During absence, respective workshop supervisor will handle the responsibilities.

**OPERATING ENVIRONMENT**

Tristar workshop office to which the employee is assigned

**HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICIES; COMMITMENT TO ISO STANDARDS**

1. Adherence to the QHSE Management Systems as detailed in the ISO Manual and the related work

procedures and instructions.

2. To follow ISO procedures and maintain the records for the department as per the standard.

**Qualification and Experience**:
Educational Qualification(s): Minimum graduate with 2-3 years of experience.
- Special Job Knowledge/Skills (If any)
- Awareness of Industry specific HSEQ Standards in the UAE. Quality

Assurance (QMS, EMS and OHSAS standards requisites).

Experience: +5 years’ experience
- Tipper vehicles experience is mandatory.
- Heavy vehicles maintenance experience is mandatory.
- Should have worked in a transportation company.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
