Your Role:

- Portfolio Growth:
Utilize your established networking skills to cultivate and grow a portfolio of SME clients, presenting customized health insurance solutions that meet their complex needs.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives:
Identify and execute sales strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth, while keeping pace with industry trends and client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and service.
- Collaborative Integration:
Work cohesively within a multifaceted team environment, ensuring a unified approach to the market and avoiding channel conflicts.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain a thorough understanding of health insurance regulations, guaranteeing that all sales activities are in strict compliance.

You Offer:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in direct sales, with a proven track record in the health insurance sector.
- Exceptional networking capabilities, with a flair for nurturing and expanding a client base.
- Adept at collaborating across teams to achieve common goals without compromising on individual sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, alongside other sales-enablement platforms.
