1. Transfer Pricing Compliance
- Assist clients in meeting local transfer pricing requirements
- Perform benchmarking studies on various industries
- Preparing OECD-compliant three-tier documentation reports
- Liaise and collaborate with profesonals within the Deloitte network in delivering regional engagements

2. Transfer Pricing Advisory
- Assist clients in identifying potential transfer pricing risks
- Perform studies to identify arm's length pricing policies
- Ascertain OECD-compliant transfer pricing practices

Your responsibility as a Transfer Pricing Expert should also include:

- Understand the expectations set and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping own performance on track.
- Understand how our daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development.
- Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholders, clients and team.

- Set up procedures to monitor work progress, quality, and cost against budget, while consulting widely on engagements and other matters
- Assist with business growth through the identification of Transfer Pricing opportunities and maintaining excellent client relationships.

**Experience And Qualification**
- CA/CPA having 6-8 years of experience from a Professional Service Firm having tax practice.
- Strong technical capabilities in tax area including international tax, cross border tax, etc.
- Must have led client engagements for multinationals especially on providing solutions on structures, complex taxation transactions etc
- Should have the ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Strong Inspirational Leadership and ability to Coach and Mentor teams.
- Must have proven track record in Transfer Pricing as a Manager
- Arabic language skill is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build and develop strong relationships with clients and multipliers in the market

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
