
Accountant Office Administrator

Manage incoming calls and E-mails.
Schedule meeting and Appointment for General Manager.
Handling the administrative duties such as Filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Handling bank transaction (Depositing the cheques/cash & withdraw the cash)
Paying utilities bill (DEWA, SEWA, ENOC, Etisalat, Du etc)
Handling payroll (WPS) as per Ministry of Labor criteria.
Handling Petty Cash and record it in the system.
Prepare the LPO (Local Purchase Order)
Renewing/Cancelling of employee’s visa via online portal Smart Channel.
Prepare documents of Medical fitness test for Visa Stamping.
Prepare documents for Labour Agreement Renewal/New.
Renew 24x7 Smart Monitoring System in Dubai Civil Defense
Prepare documents to renew Ejari for Labor camp and Staff Accommodation.
Prepare Salary and Overtime for Labors and Staff.
Prepare documents and coordinate with insurance companies related to vehicle insurance renewal and other insurance as need for company like Employee Medical Insurance, etc.
Familiar with RTA (Road & Transport Authority) like, applyingConstruction Permit, Renewal of Vehicle (Mulkiya), Entry & Exit Permit, Fencing Permit, etc.
Handling Salik Account.
Renewing Trade License and update it into Dubai Municipality, Etisalat, Du, Immigration Office, VAT Authority, etc
Preparing Contract agreement between Company and Subcontractor.
Assist auditor to reconciliation of subcontractor/supplier payment and receivable details.
Making Final Settlement of Employees and booking ticket.
Verify the Statement of Account and prepare the monthly payments for the suppliers.
