As a Travel Sales Executive specializing in Outbound Tours, your responsibilities would be more focused on selling travel packages and experiences to clients who are planning trips to destinations outside their home country. Here are some specific aspects of the role:
**Location** : Dubai,UAE.
Immediate joiner are preferred (Females only)
- Develop expertise in various international travel destinations, including understanding cultural nuances, local attractions, visa requirements, and travel logistics.
- Tailor outbound tour packages to meet the specific preferences and interests of individual clients or groups. This might involve creating unique itineraries, suggesting off-the-beaten-path experiences, or incorporating special interests like adventure, culture, or luxury.
- Coordinate with airlines and hotels to secure the best rates for outbound travel. Provide clients with options for flights, accommodations, and transportation that align with their budget and preferences.
- Assist clients in understanding and obtaining the necessary visas and travel documentation for their chosen destinations.
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials that highlight attractive outbound tour packages. Leverage social media and online platforms to reach a broader audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their travel history, preferences, and feedback. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, emerging destinations, and changes in international travel regulations. Use this knowledge to offer unique and timely travel options to clients.
- Be prepared to handle unexpected situations such as flight cancellations, travel restrictions, or emergencies. Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions for clients.
- Develop strong relationships with international tour operators, hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers. Negotiate favorable terms and contracts to ensure competitive pricing for outbound tour packages.
- Set and achieve sales targets for outbound tours. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
