**Job Title**: Operations Coordinator

**Location**: Remote (with occasional in-office visits as needed, approximately 2-3 times a week)

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage all aspects of our fast-growing startup's day-to-day administration and operations. We are a FMCG brand, making delicious and healthy food products. The Coordinator will oversee supplier relations, inventory management, production coordination, and ensure efficient ordering processes. Responsibilities also include optimizing operations, coordinating with production and fulfillment teams, and enhancing customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day administration and operational tasks for our rapidly expanding startup.
- Manage supplier relationships, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and volume standards are met, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
- Optimize operational processes for maximum efficiency, acting as an owner of the processes.
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating business functions with a long-term vision.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhanced performance aligned with the company's growth goals.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolutions, demonstrating a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support growth and scalability.
- Interact with customers and suppliers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong partnerships.
- Track and report operational performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain policy and procedure documentation with an eye towards scalability and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or operations role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup setting.
- Leadership or ownership experience is a strong plus, with the ability to act autonomously and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision, showing initiative and drive in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical skills to improve operational processes and contribute to strategic planning.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
