**Position requirements**:

- ⁠Mandatory 3-4 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
- Proficient communicator: fluent in Persian and English.
- Proven and tangible achievements in real estate sales, with a background in brokerage or development.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, influencing, and closing deals.
- ⁠Strong ability to collaborate within a team setting.
- ⁠Dedicated to delivering high service standards with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Drive to achieve targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management (or related field).
- ⁠Driving license.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage company's offerings to present agencies with investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies/clients.
- Actively participate in property events to enhance job knowledge and expand professional network.
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
- Work with CRM tool, review capabilities, and make recommendations.
- ⁠Efficiently manage the closing process of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and payments are received.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to explore future business prospects

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
