As a Startup Success Manager, you will help us drive growth of early stage startups. Your core responsibility is to ensure that new and high-potential startups choose Google as their cloud provider to build and grow their business. You will work alongside fellow team members and stakeholders to lead scaled go-to-market business methods to accelerate Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption and drive customer success. Our team's goal is to nurture, collaborate, and support early stage StartUps, through their initial journey with us, to ensure they have optimal support to succeed.

In this role, you will understand Digital Native Startup needs and go above and beyond to build and deliver on a program to support those needs. You will operate independently in an ambiguous environment. You prioritize the customer experience, and influence stakeholders for resourcing and support. You are a quick learner who can navigate and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead customer engagement and ensure success with early and mid-stage startups. Have experience doing this at Scale.
- Define and build programs that can be executed effectively and efficiently delivering customer engagement and GCP adoption.
- Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed engagements, partnering with customer engineers, Product teams, and the extended Sales team.
- Communicate and engage with Founders, C-levels, and Board of Directors of startups and clearly articulate the Google Cloud message to Startups.
