- Experience with or understanding of CIO, ITDM and Developer audiences
- Experience marketing technical products including enterprise software purchase, development, and implementation cycles
- Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
- Fluency in Arabic

As a Country Marketing Manager for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the function and team to raise awareness, build new business, develop customers, and grow our user community in Kuwait. You will be involved in building a large, loyal, and engaged customer base and actively work with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and start-up marketing activities across multiple segments, channels, geographies, and phases of the customer lifecycle relationship. You will work to establish credibility with the sales team and global marketing colleagues through your market insights, industry knowledge, communication skills, leadership, and vision.

You will lead a team to craft integrated marketing campaigns using your technical aptitude, leadership skills and business judgment. Additionally, you will generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive them to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute marketing strategy and plans, working closely with sales and marketing leadership to elevate Google Cloud and accelerate the business.
- Provide management oversight and navigate through complex issues to deliver customer acquisition and pipeline generation programs such as events, digital campaigns, account based marketing programs, etc. to effectively reach marketing objectives.
- Develop the campaign and program roadmap, establish project goals, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in line with long-term objectives with direction from senior leaders where needed.
- Influence senior stakeholders to align on outcomes and drive work forward.
- Develop global and regional relationships to leverage best practices and adapt relevant global campaigns to the local market using customer and regional insights.
