As a Tyre Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our tyres to existing and potential customers in Abu Dhabi. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of the Tyre industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and target potential customers in the trucking and logistics industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Present and promote our range of truck tyres to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Regularly visit customers to assess their requirements, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

3. Sales Administration and Reporting:

- Prepare sales reports, including sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market information in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Tyre sales preferably in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of tyres, including different brands, sizes, and specifications.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary**: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
