Sales Executive

Properly follows all steps of the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet and greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery, and post-sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.
- Payment collection
- Effectively schedules customer follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management and organization skills to maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
- Assists the customers in making the correct tyre patterns for suitable vehicle.
- Ensures delivery on time as agreed with customer.
- Reports daily activities to the Sales Manager, provide information on market conditions and competitors activity when known
- Regularly visits key customers, to build, grow and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
- Prepares all required documentation to complete the sale process.
- ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company
- Secure the achievement of the sales targets in the respective region / for the respective channel in terms of units and margins
- Implement the commercial strategy for Passenger and Light Truck Tires (PLT) in respective region at the respective channel
- Support Retail Development and Marketing Activities to achieve the defined targets per area
- Report to Branch Manager on market and customer development (incl. competition)
- Develop the regional sales with the existing customer base by activating different sales activities
- Identify new business opportunities in the area (customers, channels, etc.)
- Exchange information on product, price, promotions, people, place and processes with the Branch Manager and supporting departments in EUT on a regular basis
- Visit the market to have an understanding of the market development / environment at any time
- Consult the existing customers where possible in their daily operations and find solutions for the customers actively
- Find new customers for EUT and actively lead the acquisition process
- Represent the selected brands of EUT(Continental/Duckhams&Rhino) in the region and adhere to all company policies and business ethics
- Study all online customers
- Study parallel market effect and penetration and provide proof when possible
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
