**Hiring
- Office Manager-Strategy & Corporate Governance**

**Key Responsibilities and Accountability**:

- Follow up the daily management activities and perform the administrative tasks in the office of the Executive Director for the Strategy and Corporate Governance sector.
- Follow up on the directives of the Director General and the Board of Directors and ensure that the necessary measures are taken on time.
- Follow up on incoming/outgoing official correspondences.
- Preserving correspondence, correspondence, and official documents within an integrated system for archiving documents.
- Follow up on coordination with the Office of the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors to ensure that all directives, instructions, and recommendations received from the Office of the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors are implemented.
- Ensure that all requirements are provided on time, follow up on matters related to the Executive Director's office, and prepare and implement the tasks assigned to him from the minutes of meetings and PowerPoint presentations.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- The ability to prepare reports in an orderly and professional manner.
- A good listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing.
- An effective member of the work team and able to enhance confidence in his relationships with clients and team members.
- Fluent in Arabic and English in reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent writing skills.
- High degree of analytical thinking, demonstrating talent Identify, examine, improve, and simplify multiple work processes.
- Experience - 5 to 8 years
- Open to UAE Nationals/ GCC nationals.

**Salary**: From AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
