Generate leads and identify opportunities for business growth within the assigned territory
- Present our SaaS solutions to prospective customers and showcase the value proposition of our products
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process and collaborate with team members in business development, customer success, and support to uncover all customer needs
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the company and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Create impactful presentations that highlight the benefits of our proposed solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service and penetrating the market
- Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota
- Use effective communication and sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, Spin, or other similar systems to influence product adoption
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by implementing successful sales strategies from the sales process plan to sales closure

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales for SaaS cloud solutions
- A strong understanding of the trends and challenges within the HR and payroll industry
- Appreciation of SaaS solution commercials, including pricing and contractual frameworks
- Equipped with a strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to present and influence product with effective communication
- Proven track record as a Sales Professional for an HR payroll software focused environment
- Consistently meeting and exceeding expectations of set targets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required
- Valid driving license in UAE
