**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win solution that maximizes profitability for both parties.
- Close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the marketing team to enhance service offerings and refine marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex marketing concepts and strategies to clients.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and evolving client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
