Main Responsibilities of a National Sales Manager
- Drive sales and achieve commercial budget and sales targets.
- Identifying and acquiring new customers in GULF region, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

Key Requirements
- diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in GULF region
- with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Possessing good analytical skills and are an excellent problem solver.
- a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
