**Job Overview**

The Customer Relations Executive (CRE) will support the swimming teachers & teachers in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. The role’s main objective is meet our businesses sales and retention targets through, delivering the highest standards of customer service and proactive communications with our customers, delivery teams and business leaders.

The CRE main responsibilities will be within the swimming business where we have rapid growth plans over the next 3 years with the CRE playing a vital role by developing communication channels, processes and systems to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of customer service.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

The main responsibility is the increase the existing customer base in the academy by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction amongst our current customers and driving sales to bring new customers into the academy.
- To proactively communicate with our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- To handle complaints and liaise with the management team to resolve according to the SLAs
- To conduct customer satisfaction surveys on a termly basis to ensure Absolute Swimming is delivering to the customer expectations and needs.
- To take a lead on the sale process from enquiry to bookings ensuring that leads are dealt with according to SLA’s.
- To be present on site to interact with potential new customers and existing customers.
- To liaise with the teaching and coaching team in regard to new bookings on a daily basis.
- To ensure that the booking system is up to date and that the information uploaded is correct.
- To ensure that customers are invoiced, and overdue fees are kept to a minimum.
- To handle Absolute Swimming social media platforms to ensure that messages are responded according to SLA’s.
- To report KPI’s on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the Head of Swimming.
- To liaise with the marketing team on any opportunities for Absolute Swimming to be marketed.
- To provide admin support to the Head of Swimming in regard to annual leave tracking, compliance and minute takings.
- To be provide support to Infinite Camps during the school holidays in admin capacity at one of the camp venues.
- To liaise with the finance team to ensure that Absolute Swimming accounts are up to date and any issues are reported accordingly.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who is able to represent Absolute Swimming in a professional and friendly manner with the confidence to deliver the highest possible customer service standard.

At least 3 years’ experience in a front of house or customer service role ideally within the leisure & sports industry (experience within a swimming academy would be an advantage).

Valid UAE driving license as travel will be required to site

Able to communicate effectively in English through writing and speaking.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
