Business Development Executive

Position Overview: YBrands, a prominent branding and advertising agency based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will contribute to the growth and success of YBrands by promoting and selling the agency's branding and advertising services to clients in Dubai and surrounding regions.
**Responsibilities**:
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to identify potential clients interested in YBrands' branding and advertising services.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for business development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their branding and advertising requirements.
Present and demonstrate YBrands' services to clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and expertise in the branding and advertising industry.
Collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that align with client objectives and maximize the chances of winning new business.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and adherence to YBrands' pricing and contract policies.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, consistently striving for high levels of sales performance and revenue generation.
Regularly update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the branding and advertising sector, and continuously enhance your knowledge to position YBrands as an industry leader.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to shape effective sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the branding and advertising industry or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of YBrands' services to clients.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client requirements and align them with suitable branding and advertising solutions.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencing decision-making processes and fostering long-term partnerships.
Good understanding of the branding and advertising industry, including knowledge of current trends, strategies, and technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or any other languages is a plus.
Freshers with a passion for sales can also apply.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
