The Personal Assistant (“PA”) cum Secretary role is one to further enhance the owner capability to expand, develop and manage the business efficiently and effectively. The owner's PA from the onset must gain extensive knowledge of the company, the owner, other key persons and all facets (both internal, external and inter-company) and have a fundamental understanding of the company’s aims and objectives. The PA may at times be required to act on behalf of the owner (frequently being the first point of contact with clients, internal staff and other business contacts).

Herein underlies some general work activities the PA is likely to get involved in however the pa understands that any task the owner requests must be administered managed and completed within the time line required and to exemplary standards.

Specific responsibilities as the FOUNDERS PA will include but not be limited to:
**General Administrative duties**:
*Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate and welcoming the guests;
*Liaising with clients, suppliers, advisors, and other staff;
*Organizing and maintaining the diary and making appointments, and available time on a daily/weekly;
*Organizing and attending meetings, and arranging business trips (including flights and accommodations), ensuring to be well-prepared for meetings/business trips, preparing meeting agendas and taking the minutes of the meeting;
*Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
*Organization of corporate & company entertainment, management meetings and events;
*Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc;
*Dealing and maintaining personal matters including holidays, flights, banking, family, housing and other private matters;
*Processing business expenses and other administrative items including preparing and maintaining expenses / disbursement both personal and company and other special liquidations reports as may be required

*Ensuring to sign off of documents on time

*Other task the the owner may request to be fulfilled.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
