**Job brief**:We are looking for an Accounts Officer & Client Coordinator to manage our company’s accounts and admin department.

Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
- Coordinating with clients and internal management.
- Managing the payments records for the CEO.
- Recoding the transaction on Excel.
- Preparing paper work related to transactions (Invoices).
- Processing bank deposits.
- Reconciling financial statements.
- Depositing money in bank on daily basis.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

You must have good communication skills to handle the client’s coordination as well.

**Responsibilities** **as an Jr. Accountant**:

- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Submit tax forms
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role will be preferred
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Preparation of all the paper work

**Salary**: AED 3,000 to 3,500

Availability: Can join ASAP.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
