About Us Auxilium’s Residency Services Division specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for freelance visas, Golden Visas, residency services, and business entity setup in the UAE. We empower individuals, freelancers, and businesses to navigate the complexities of residency and business establishment with ease.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales (B2C Focus)
- Respond promptly to leads generated by digital marketing campaigns.
- Engage directly with individual clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending appropriate solutions, including freelance visas, Golden Visas, and business setups.
- Explain complex services and procedures in a clear and approachable manner to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Build trust with B2C clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
- Outbound Sales and Market Development (B2B and B2C)
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B partners, including real estate agents, recruitment agencies, and coworking spaces.
- Identify and engage with individual clients (B2C), focusing on high-demand segments such as freelancers, remote workers, and entrepreneurs.
- Research and identify untapped markets and demographics with high demand for residency and business setup services.
- Actively pitch and onboard clients and businesses as partners or referral sources for Auxilium’s products and services.
- B2B and B2C Sales Experience
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt sales techniques to suit both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations and directly with individuals seeking Auxilium’s services.
- Negotiate agreements with businesses and ensure seamless onboarding for individual clients.
- Innovation and Brand Growth
- Contribute new ideas and initiatives to improve sales processes, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement strategies that enhance the visibility and credibility of Auxilium’s brand.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities within the division and champion projects to capitalize on them.
- Professional Communication and Relationship Building
- Conduct professional phone consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Confidently lead in-person and online meetings with potential clients and partners, presenting Auxilium’s offerings clearly and effectively.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy and Reporting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate specific B2B verticals and high-potential B2C demographics.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs for all service lines, including Golden Visas.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of Auxilium’s services, including freelance visas, Golden Visas, residency solutions, and entity setup.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE residency regulations, including Golden Visa eligibility criteria and market trends, to provide accurate advice to clients.
Key Deliverables
- Achieve monthly sales targets for inbound and outbound sales across all service categories.
- Establish new partnerships or referral sources per month, focusing on both B2B verticals and B2C opportunities.
- Successfully close clients across our product set.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments or B2B verticals.
- Deliver accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Propose and execute new initiatives to drive division growth or enhance brand visibility annually.
- Ensure client satisfaction with a Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, including both B2B and B2C sales, preferably in residency solutions or business setup.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead phone consultations and professional meetings in person or online.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with both individual clients and corporate stakeholders effectively.
- Proven success in negotiating contracts, managing corporate partnerships, and closing deals with individual clients.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new markets and partnerships.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to grow the division and brand.
- Familiarity with UAE residency and business setup regulations, including Golden Visas, is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player with a growth-oriented mindset.
