We are seeking a office administrator to join our dedicated team. If you are an possitive person with a passion, we want to hear from you
**Qualifications**
- College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant administrative or clerical support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Experience working in an oil and gas industry or equipment trading company is an asset
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or HR support is an asset.
