Part Time Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Head of Schools Support, this role requires strong customer service skills and a flair for details. The Admin Assistant will perform various administrative and coordination support activities for Schools Support Department. The position requires to master all administrative procedures and the willingness to conduct them in an efficient way.
**Responsibilities**:
Support School Support department with administrative tasks
Answer, screen, and transfer in bound phone calls.
Prepare and execute sign-ups per company protocol.
Register payments and membership information in our internal system.
Assist Operations Coordinator in organising activities schedules.
Assist Operations Coordinator in daily operations on site (schools)
Conduct half yearly/yearly satisfaction surveys with our members.
Assist the Operations and Events Manager with sourcing, ordering, storing and monitoring equipment and material.
Deliver regular inventories.
**Skills**:Excellent organizational skills, Customer service oriented, Basic accounting knowledge, Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Salesforce) Presentable with friendly demeanours, open and approachable. Positive outlook. Proactive and interested in growing within the business and helping the company grow Professional and very punctual Excellent team work and communication skills Sports background preferred
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
